Managing Director Alexander Gutierrez Diaz will leave the Tempus Arte Group on October 1, 2026.

The Tempus Arte Group announces that Mr Gutierrez Diaz will step down from his position as Managing Director with effect from 1 October 2026. The decision was reached jointly, following constructive discussions based on mutual trust.

As CEO, Mr Gutierrez Diaz played a key role in shaping the development of the Tempus Arte Group and its renowned brands, Lang & Heyne and STOWA. Throughout his tenure as Managing Director, his passion and personal commitment provided important momentum for the continued development of the Group and its brands.

The Tempus Arte Group extends its sincere gratitude to Mr Gutierrez Diaz for his dedication and valuable contributions over the years. The collaboration was characterised by mutual respect and a shared commitment to developing the Group’s long-established brands and strengthening their distinctive positions within the watch industry.

Dr.-Ing. Daniel T. Roy, Managing Director of Tempus Arte Verwaltungs GmbH and CEO of the Tempus Arte Group since July 2025, will lead the Group going forward. The brands’ day-to-day operations and collaboration with the established teams and contacts will continue, as will all ongoing projects and partnerships.
